As the MMI works then maybe you should ask for a list of the bug fixes in the most recent version. From many years experience the latest is not always the best. DON’T buy Bluetooth Dongle with Voice, it will interfere with the original Bluetooth voice built in MMI Bluetooth module. For MMI 2G, these original AMI box cost ~$500 which is quite expensive. I figured out it comes with an MMI 3g system and i attempted to update the software yesterday. Unfortunately, i forced through the wrong firmware and the system is bricked. Good to know and thanks for the input! Annoying that Audi doesnt provide a simple system for users to update their MMI software themselves. Cant say I approve of Audi's "if it aint broken, dont bother fixing it" mentality when it comes to software updates.
